New hosts pay nothing for the first 6 months and then 3% on every booking this is just to cover payment and processing fees.
Travellers pay 10% of the booking price so basically if you rent a really cool apartment for 300 €uro the total cost will be 330 €uro.
We are constantly putting your property out there on social media and we also advertise with global travel pages so the extra money
we make is going back into improving your chances of renting out your property. In some cases taxes or vat will be applied to your booking
or we will make you aware of your legal obligations and what taxes you need to declare in your country of commerce.
